This is Betty Crocker's muffin recipe for blueberry muffins, I just substitute the cherries..., can't wait til the blueberries are in :)

2 cups self rising flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg ( I use 1/4 cup better'n eggs no chol...)
1/2 cup oil ( I use olive )
3/4 cup milk
1 cup frozen cherries
